Ana Maria Polo personal life

Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana Cuba. Her family moved to Miami at two years old. Ana Polo Gonzalez was born and raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami at the age of two. Ana Maria Polo, born in Habana Cuba and is currently a host for the renowned Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado" it was the first Spanish programming to win a Daytime Entertainment Emmy (r). In 2015, she was ranked as first on the list of Spanish at 4pm for key demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. After graduating at Florida International University's political science program, she moved to Havana where she stayed for twenty years. She then earned a PhD in law from the University of Miami, and worked for 20 years within Miami. Then, after earning her PhD from University of Miami in law and being a lawyer at the bar in Miami city for 20 years. Polo first appeared on television in 2001 on Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. She was also a part of courts shows which tapped into her knowledge. Literature Works and Awards Her novel from 1958 Los Hijos Muertos won her both the Critic Prize as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain to the United States 1960. She is a breast cancer survivor. Polo frequently gives speeches and helps raise money for the cause. She's always been an activist in support of LGBT issues. She graduated in 1987 from her University of Miami School of Law in 1987, and is an active member of the Florida Bar.
