Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. A half English mixed with Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father is an Argentinean of Scottish and English descendant is her mother. Her mother has Spanish as well as English roots. Taylor-Joy was born into a household of six children. Four are her siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's father. The family was in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, after which they moved to the Victoria district in London. According to Taylor-Joy, the move was traumatic and she was unable to study English to the hope of moving back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to enroll her. Then she went to Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At the age of 16 she left school to pursue a profession acting full-time. Taylor-Joy always knew she wanted to work as an actor. The opportunity was offered to her chance to try it by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management she offered her a job as a model.
