Walker was born on June 26 1976 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Her ancestry is African American and she is a holder of an American passport. She's the daughter of Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her father is an engineering while her mother is an agent. Walker went to the Germantown Friends School located in Philadelphia's Germantown and graduated with an award in 1994. In 1998, she earned the bachelor's diploma at Harvard College. Welker got married to John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was a known marketing director. They have two daughters. The couple started to engage in an affair. John his husband, John's father is 4 years older. The couple has decided to continue their relationship ahead because things were going well. They got married on the 4th day of March 2017.
